NEXSOV™ provides bespoke computer software system design, API gateway architecture, and integration engineering services operated by Wireless Internet Technology Limited. Engagements are performed under statement-of-work (SOW) terms agreed upon prior to project delivery.
Clients are solely responsible for provisioning and maintaining their own third-party infrastructure (including cloud hosting, messaging bot credentials, and database storage). Software integration delivered by NEXSOV operates within the client's dedicated environment under non-exclusive software licensing terms.
All engineering deliverables are invoiced in USD via corporate wire transfer. Detailed payment milestones, acceptance criteria, and liability terms are set forth in each individual Statement of Work.
